Shipping policy

This policy explains how and when VibePet ships orders. If anything here is unclear, email us before you order and we will answer.

Free shipping

Most items ship free, with no minimum spend. On a small number of items, standard shipping is $8.00 and becomes free on orders over $70.00, and express shipping is $15.00. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. If your country is not listed at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1 business day of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the order is prepared.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:

  • Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days
  • Express shipping: 1 to 2 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and peak seasons such as Christmas can add time.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to start updating. If it has not moved after 7 days, contact us and we will chase the carrier.

Digital products

Digital items such as The Complete Pet Care Guide are not shipped. The download link is sent to your email immediately after checkout. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will resend it once you confirm the correct address; [[state here whether you charge for the reshipment]].

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging and we will replace it. If tracking shows a parcel as lost, we will either replace it or refund you in full.
