Terms of service

These terms apply to www.vibepet.shop, operated by VibePet ("we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate contact and delivery details. We currently sell and ship within the United States only.

2. Products, prices and availability

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can, but screen colors and small production differences mean an item may vary slightly from its images. Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time. Stock is not reserved until an order is accepted, and we may limit quantities per customer or per order.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send an order confirmation by email. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment providers; full card details are handled by them, not by us. If an item appears at an obviously incorrect price, or if we suspect fraud, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.

4. Bundles and promotions

Bundle prices, multi-item discounts and free-item offers apply only while they are shown on the product page, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and have no cash value. If you return part of a bundle, the refund is worked out on the discounted price actually paid for the items you keep.

5. Shipping and delivery

Processing times, shipping costs and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees: once a parcel is handed to the carrier, transit time is outside our control.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Return and refund policy, which also forms part of these terms.

7. Using our products safely

Our products are accessories for pets, not safety equipment or veterinary devices. Check items regularly for wear, follow any instructions supplied, keep charging ports and electronics away from water unless the product page says otherwise, and supervise your pet while a product is in use. Replace anything that shows damage. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, by continued use of a worn or damaged item, or by use with an animal outside the size or weight range stated on the product page.

8. Your account and your conduct

You are responsible for keeping any account details you create confidential. You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to copy or scrape it for a competing service, or to submit content that is false, abusive or infringes someone else's rights.

9. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own and you give us permission to display and reuse it in connection with our store, free of charge. We may edit or remove submissions that are off-topic, misleading or offensive.

10. Intellectual property

The VibePet name, the design of this site and our text, photographs and graphics belong to us or to our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

11. Third-party links and services

We rely on third parties for payments, shipping, analytics and some store features, and we sometimes link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or the practices of those third parties.

12. Disclaimers and limits on liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here removes the consumer rights you have by statute.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs where they arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the applicable federal laws of the United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pennsylvania. This does not affect the consumer rights available to you where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store changes. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
